What is the processing time for customized orders?Please note that all of our custom orders are handcrafted with care and precision. Because each item is made to order, this process takes a bit more time. Typically, custom orders are completed within 7-10 business days, depending on the complexity and design. If you need the item before, please contact us. If no personalisation is required items are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment of order.

I received a wrong order, what should I do?If we have made an error with your order, such as incorrect personalisation or design, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your item. We will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?Changes can be made within 1 day of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to request modifications.

Can I cancel the order?Due to the custom nature of our products, orders can only be canceled within 1 day of placement. After that, we begin the creation process and cancellations are not possible.

Do you offer refunds?Due to the personalised nature of custom products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind after the order has been completed. For non-personalized items, you may request a refund. Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How much does shipping cost?Shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s weight, and destination. Local Shipping: We also offer free shipping on orders over €30 and €40 to Malta and Gozo respectively. If the amount is less there is a flat rate of €2 and €5. The exact cost will be displayed during checkout. Pickup up is also available at Ħal-Ghaxaq and Rabat Malta by appointment only. You will be notified once the order is available for pick-up. Does not incur any additional costs. International Shipping: Contact us to calculate shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
